Hui-Ling Chiu

Hui-Ling Chiu is an experienced Piano and Music Theory tutor. She has completed her piano studies in 2004 (ABRSM board dip post grade 8 equivalent) in Taiwan before moving to the UK and continuing to improve her teaching skills by obtaining Masters in Education (University of Leicester) and complementing her studies with obtaining a Certificate in teaching (SOAS Universtiy of London).

Here is what Hui-Ling says about her approach: "As a committed life-long learner who truly loves to be teaching in a classroom or one to one, I thoroughly enjoy inspiring people of all ages to love learning music as I myself do. Continuous professional development, combined with fifteen years of teaching experience, enables me to confidently deliver an enriching and engaging learning experience."

Hui-Ling has expreince of performing solo piano recitals and teaching in London Primary Schools, Private Institues and indepently - at pupil's homes tailoring lessons accordingly to their goals and needs. She is a wonderful teacher who keeps lessons fun, yet still has a great eye for posture, details and technique.
